A Corvallis institution, still from scratch
New Morning Bakery has been in downtown Corvallis since the late ’70s. It has had a few owners over the years: the Weinstein family ran it for more than thirty.
Tristan and Keara James took over the reins in early 2012. Tristan had worked at New Morning for 12 years, starting as a dishwasher and becoming the general manager. Since buying the business, the James family has worked to grow New Morning’s reputation as the go-to eatery in Corvallis, and to bring some changes and updates to what we offer, including a second store on Main Street in Dallas.
